Children’s Data Policy

Who can use this app?

GuardianNest is designed for parents and legal guardians only (18 years and over). It is not for use by minors without parental permission.

No collection of children's data

We do not collect, process, or store any personal data from children under 18. All data relating to family members (including children) is stored only on the parent's device and encrypted locally.

Parents are in control

All safe zones, location alerts, and family data are controlled by the parent or guardian. Any data can be deleted at any time through the app's settings.

We don't sell your data

We never sell, rent, or share any family information with third parties. No advertising network. No analytics tracking your family.

Open conversation with your children

We encourage parents to talk openly with their children about how GuardianNest works. Transparency within the family is important for trust.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles require strong protection of children's data. We comply with all applicable provisions and follow best practices for child online safety.
