End User Licence Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY FUTURE @I AUSTRALIA APPLICATION.

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Francisco Ricardo Preciado JR, operating as Future @I LLC ("Licensor"), for the use of applications published under the Future @I Australia brand at au.futureati.app ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Licence Grant

1.1 Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for personal or internal business purposes.

1.2 This licence does not transfer any ownership rights. The App is licenced, not sold, to you.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • (a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • (c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicence the App
  • (d) Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • (e) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • (f) Use the App to develop competing products
  • (g) Circumvent any technical protection measures

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The App, including all content, features, code, designs, AI models, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Licensor and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1 The App may include artificial intelligence features that generate content, suggestions, or responses.

4.2 AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty. It does not constitute professional advice.

4.3 Licensor is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5.2 The App may collect usage data for improvement and safety. See Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

8.1 This EULA is effective until terminated.

8.2 Your rights terminate automatically if you violate any term of this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.

9. Google Play Additional Terms (Android Only)

9.1 This EULA is between you and Future @I LLC, not Google.

9.2 Google bears no responsibility for the App or its content.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, subject to any mandatory protections granted to Australian-resident users by the Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and to New Zealand-resident users by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

11. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements.
