1. Acceptance

By installing Future Health AI, you agree to these terms and to the universal Terms of Service of Future @I Australia.

2. Licence

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Future Health AI for personal purposes. You may not distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.

3. AI Disclaimer

The AI features in this app are intended for everyday assistance only. They are not perfect. You are responsible for decisions you make using information provided by the app. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. Limitations

Future @I LLC offers no warranty of any kind. The app is provided "as is", subject to any guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, subject to any mandatory protections granted to Australian-resident users by the Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and to New Zealand-resident users by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
