FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ONLY. GuardianNest is designed for parents and guardians only. We do not collect personal information from children. Parents have full control over all data. We never sell or share any family information with anyone.

1. What data do we see?

None. All data in GuardianNest stays on your device only. No uploads, no cloud sync, no third-party analytics.

2. Encryption

AES-256-GCM encryption on local storage. Unreadable by OS-level apps without permission.

3. We have no server that receives your data

The Future Mainframe (FM) used by the app is solely for app updates, version checks, and optional support tickets that you submit yourself. No automatic data harvesting.

4. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Because no data is held by us, exercising these rights is done by uninstalling the app or deleting data in the app's Settings.
